1. Redesigned membership agreements save you time.
These redesigned membership agreements are one of our most exciting software improvements. In most gym software programs, changing a membership type requires canceling the account. This can lead to entry errors and bungled information.
Now, with our rewrite and sign-agreement feature update, your crew can switch a member’s status with just a click of an edit box. Our gym software automatically moves existing information over to the membership of choice, complete with new signatures. Bravo!
Gym Insight’s Membership Rewrite feature makes it simpler to:

- Rewrite agreements.

- Choose options for scheduled payments.
- Select specific items for immediate charge.
Beyond our Rewrite update, we’ve gone through and completely redesigned our membership agreements within Gym Insight. In the future, these changes will increase your ability to customize agreements and allow us to quickly enrich product features. For now, our current gym software updates allow you to preview agreements before generating them.
2. Improved door control with Force Unlock.
“Force Unlock” is less intimidating than it sounds. In this update, we’ve responded to customer requests for easier control over their doors during staffed hours. Force Unlock allows club managers to keep their doors unlocked until they explicitly choose to lock them again. When a door is in Force Unlock, members do not need to scan their digital keytags before entering the gym.
A new yellow status dot indicates which door is in Force Unlock mode. Additionally, the yellow dot on the Insight Access tray icon also signals to your staff that one or more of the doors are in Force Unlock mode.
The new Force Unlock mode is simple to find and use within Insight Access. Every door with digital keytag access offers the choice of a Force Unlock mode. Simply go into Insight Access, click on the selected door, open the drop-down menu and choose “force unlock” for that particular door.
In an — admittedly unrelated — additional perk, we’ve updated Insight Access to enable more than one Windows user at a time to use Insight Access. This means no more exiting “out” to give another staffer entry into Insight.
3. Enhanced Member’s App features.
Stop printing out payment histories for members. With this Member’s App update, members can take care of this task themselves. From payment history and visit history to training appointments, now your members can print or download to PDF any report data directly from their Member’s App.
4. Upgraded day-to-day gym software tools.
Which is better for your gym to bill, Visa or checking accounts? With our Payment Method Counts report, all your membership payments are grouped together in a pie chart, allowing you to strategically remove the least-used methods.
Are guests complaining their day passes expire too quickly?
Previously, accounts were cancelled at a specific time daily, and the guest may not have received their full 24-hour access to your gym. With our recent gym software update, Day Pass accounts reflect the time of signup and automatically cancel 24 hours later.
