With our new Remote Control feature, you have total command of your doors from anywhere in the world. This is crucial for members who are accidentally locked out or if a worker needs to be let in while you and your staff are away from the gym. Simply log into your Gym Insight account from a desktop, tablet, or mobile device and go to Remote Control (located right below the Tasks icon). This Remote Control page manages all your Insight Access control devices. Currently it includes two features: The Unlock button unlocks the door for five seconds while the Force Unlock button keeps the door unlocked until you decide to re-lock it. Why one goal may be enough

This January, Arnold’s Pump Club newsletter cited a 2012 study on what it takes to follow through on New Year’s resolutions. The study asked: How can we really achieve these goals? 

The answer is simple: Do one thing at a time, and pair it with something else. For example, “If it’s 7 a.m., then I’ll go to the gym.” Once you’ve mastered this single “if-then,” resolution, add in another, slowly building achievements throughout the year.

The second suggestion? Be nice to yourself. Everyone deserves a mulligan.
