Ever notice a deal showing up in your payment gateway with no record in Gym Insight of it ever happening? Now, an account is created, regardless of payment outcome.

Earlier, our gym software did not create an account if a member’s payment was declined. Either while attempting to sign up for your club via the Internet or by Sales Guru. This meant you had no record of the person’s deal beyond what pinged in the payment gateway.

Now the account is created — giving you the opportunity to follow up with the wayward customer. 

If they do not finish joining, three actions occur:

  1. The newly created account will show a balance. 
  2. A task will be created to follow up with that member.
  3. An internal email is sent to alert you of the situation. 

The client will not get either a welcome email or a digital access key. Still, you will be capable of contacting the prospect to sign them up. Or you can remove the account, if need be. 

Why is capturing an account important? 

It’s an accounting thing. All the financial transactions that land in your payment gateway portal or statements must be reconciled with an account.

2) Find your client – across gym locations.

You’ve finally opened multiple gym locations, but now, searching the database for members is crazy time-consuming. Gym Insight has a solution for this headache: Our Global Search tool now supports cross-location searches. Global Search will initially search your current location. Then it will try any other locations you have, until you’ve found the mysterious member. This is a great tool for finding members at any one of your locations.
