Have you considered attempting something completely out of your league? I did. This season I joined a boxing gym. The smelly, ring-in-the middle kind of club. And I love it. Even though I’ll never earn a title.
Turns out though, I’m on the right track. Recent research reveals our daily perceptions of aging impact our mental health and overall sense of well-being. When we limit ourselves with age-related negativity, we damage our psyche. This negativity accumulates, making us feel older and sadder in the following days, fostering a habitual sense of depression.
So we say — don’t go quietly into the night — fight, fight, fight! You’ll be happier for it.
