ReinventU Gym and ReinventU Wellness in Boca Raton, Florida did not set out to revolutionize fitness and personal health. In 2020, they planned to bring high-touch, service-heavy luxury fitness and aesthetic care to South Florida’s booming east coast. Yet the pandemic altered landscapes, compelling them to adapt, follow their instincts, and most importantly listen as their clientele demanded fewer interactions and more autonomy.
Today, the two independent businesses share a brand, retail space, and a passion for perfecting the art of automation and self-care.

What is ReinventU Gym?
ReinventU Gym is a 24/7, fully self-service, non staffed fitness center that caps membership at 500. With an easy cancellation policy and state-of-the-art equipment and amenities, members pay $149 per month for a premier exercise experience in a hassle-free environment.
At the same time, ReinventU Wellness offers a wide selection of esthetic and medically-based services supported by a robust tele-healthcare group.
Although the gym and wellness center are run separately, they share a community of well-off clientele motivated by personal health and physical growth.
What does ReinventU Gym provide members?
Established in 2021, the gym combines an 8,000-sq.-ft. indoor training center with the latest recovery equipment, including cold bath plunges and a sauna. In addition to a 1,500-sq.-ft. outdoor training space, it features multiple daily fitness classes and fully stocked locker rooms with showers and personal supplies. The facility also includes an independent retail juice bar.
How does ReinventU Wellness drive business for the partnership?
The wellness center provides patients with vitamin IV therapy, hormone replacement, cosmetic injectables, weight-loss medications, and massage therapy, among other services. Yet, despite providing extensive onsite care, its financial reach far exceeds the city of Boca Raton.
Clients from across Florida and the United States use its Telehealth online medical assistance for the prescriptions and bloodwork necessary to maintain their commitment to ongoing personal improvement. This profitable model is the financial heart of the two companies.
How does the gym work without employees?
Very smoothly, George says. Prospects often start with a day pass. After trying the gym, clients are happy to go online and sign up for the $149 monthly membership. Once registered, the rest is easy. New members receive a link to download the Members App, which provides immediate access to a digital keytag, without ever going through a sales presentation.
In fact, sales actually went up after they cut employees. Demand, foot traffic, and revenue all increased.
The online system, he explains, allows potential members to visualize their own outcomes. It also eliminates any possible personality conflicts that might squelch a deal.
Gym Insight’s gym management software makes this possible through a fully integrated system that allows ReinventU Gym prospects to sign up for memberships through their website or social media. The new member’s payment is immediately processed, and they receive a link via email to our custom-coded Members App. Once the app is on their phone, they can use the embedded digital keytag to enter ReinventU Gym as soon as they would like.
What is the monthly fee?
The members pay $149 per month and receive a 20% discount on ReinventU Wellness services.
Why does the higher membership fee work for ReinventU Gym?
Because the gym works like a private club, where cleanliness and the experience are top priorities. The entire facility is cleaned daily by a professional crew. Members expect to train on top-of- the-line strength equipment, such as Nautilus and Arsenal. Meanwhile, the higher monthly rates keep the experience consistent and positive.
Most significantly, the members feel comfortable requesting changes, knowing management listens and acts on them quickly. For example, squat machines were moved after women requested a more private area in which to work their glutes. Same for cardio, people like to work out alone and don’t want to be seen, he said.
Cancellations are super friendly, as well, George says. “We understand that if a member cancels now, they will come back later. If you make it difficult, there’s less chance of them coming back.”
How are group instructors and personal trainers handled?
All the group instructors and personal trainers are licensed, and carry their own insurance, as well as certifications through national organizations.
How did this style of gym come about?
The concept for the ReinventU brand began in 2020 with the intention of establishing a high-end gym experience in Boca. However, after breaking ground at the height of the pandemic, the owners found employees, contractors, and construction costs became incredibly expensive and completely unpredictable.
Because of this, their concept evolved significantly. At first, George says, they offered many services, including a hardline approach to personal training sales. They soon found this clientele preferred group classes over personal training. In response, they ramped up classes and restricted personal training to independent subcontractors.
Today, George says, the goal of ownership is to continue to recharge the fitness and wellness space by perfecting the automation model and growing the brand through licensing rights.
