This issue of Hidden Features, we’re excited to unveil a fresh new look for Gym Insight! After 17 years of helping gym owners build profitable businesses, we’ve refreshed our logo, expanded our color palette, and redesigned our website—all to better reflect who we are today and where we’re going.

To create our new logo, we implemented a global competition, with 350 graphic designers and branding specialists submitting an outstanding selection of logo redesigns. Hidden Features #3: Tracking Taxes Getting You Down?
Here’s some good news. Now you can create and manage various tax rates within your Gym Insight software. This important addition smooths accounting processes and provides novel marketing options for creative owners. Need to review taxes collected as well? Just pull the automatically generated sales tax report. This handy tool itemizes your collected taxes, separating them from the item/service price. No more walking back the taxes paid from gross sales — just run the report.
With this update, gym owners may now set their tax rates and adjust them according to the service or item. For example, if your state charges one tax for retail and another for medical service, our software gives you the choice to customize these tax rates.
This update is especially helpful to clients wishing to promote pre-tax pricing in their marketing material. Now your social media, website, and (soon) Member’s App can feature your pre-tax rate for whichever promotion you’re running.
Remarkably customizable, the update enables gym owners to add or delete tax rates as needed. Once it is set for a specific fee, it automatically adjusts all the corresponding charges.
